Ecotriip.in understands that plans may change, and clients may need to cancel their booked tours. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@ecotriip.in. The date of the cancellation request will determine the applicable refund policy.

Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, Ecotriip.in will process the refund within fourteen (14) business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking, unless otherwise requested by the client.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond the control of Ecotriip.in or the client, special consideration may be given regarding refund eligibility. If you cancel your booking within 30 days before the tour start date, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total tour cost will apply.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for cancellation fees.

If you need to reschedule your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available rebooking options. Rebooking may be subject to availability and additional fees.
Failure to show up for a booked tour without prior notification may result in forfeiture of the tour cost. Please inform us if you are unable to attend the tour to avoid unnecessary charges.
In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen health issues preventing you from participating in the tour, please provide medical documentation to support your cancellation request. Refunds or rescheduling options may be available on a case-by-case basis.
If a tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, clients will be offered alternative tour dates or a full refund of the tour cost.
We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations and emergencies. Travel insurance can provide financial protection in case of trip interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
